hey.

I am quite new to this blog world I hope I can make this worth your while. I consider this blog is for mostly to voice somethings I find interesting and some of my experiences. Although if anyone (somehow) comes across this blog hopefully they can take away motivation or some tips. As I start this blog I am 18 turning 19 in a week. I have quite an athletic background with competitive skiing and soccer in my roster, As of March 2019 do not do competitive sports anymore with it being my final ski racing season. Working out has being consistently in my life since 13 when I started lifting weights. Reading this might make you think I have a really fit body, but I for sure don’t and as I am learning food is a really big aspect of being fit. For me being on a gap year the gym is something I really look forward to, I don’t always feel the most comfortable there because teenage girls aren’t really who they market towards which kinda makes me feel like an anomaly sometimes, but I’m getting over it.
